This week, we are adding the following items to our production environments:

  • From now on, it is possible to delete almost all items within Neo4Z. Separate authorisations can be assigned for this purpose. After authorisation, the user has a [Delete] button. Before the action is actually carried out, it must be confirmed.
  • It has become possible -during the creation of a ticket- to send an automatic e-mail to the notifier. This is subject to the same rules as the already known unsubscribe e-mail; the e-mail must exist, your environment must have an SMTP server, and the person must have the checkbox next to his notifications ('Created ticket') checked.
  • Within the mails (both subscribe and unsubscribe) we have the variable [$ticket.operator.displayName] added. As the name suggests, this shows the name(s) of the ticket's handler(s).
  • All e-mails sent within tickets are now automatically saved as an EML file and linked to the ticket. You will find the e-mail (if applicable) within the 'Documents' tab and can simply open it with Outlook or another e-mail client.
  • We have fixed several minor bugs.

As you have come to expect from us, we will automatically update your environment today (Thursday 4 March)!
