  • We added the fields 'Notifier', 'Organisation (notifier)', 'Supplier' and 'Ticket number (supplier)' to the selectable fields of the index table of Tickets.
  • It has been made possible to open an object/ticket by double-clicking. This is particularly useful if you want to click on a column that does not contain a link by default.
  • We have added the variable '[$ticket.request]' to the subscribe and unsubscribe mail. This allows you to use the ticket request in an email. Any formatting or emojis will be included and displayed correctly.
  • Various optimisations to the 'Processes' page. These include linking it to the search bar and allowing you to link a ticket to a process.
  • It is possible to disable user-based authorisations. This makes group-based authorisation mandatory.
  • The teams on the left-hand side of the table of tickets (applicable only if you are in multiple teams), are now sorted alphabetically.
  • From now on, it is also possible -if enabled- to see all tickets from a supplier (cq. organisation) in the name of that supplier.
  • Improvements to the user interface of general ticket settings.
  • Resolved: A fatal error when deleting an empty list value.
  • Resolved: Various other minor bug fixes.
