As you have come to expect from us, we release a new version every week. Also this week. In version 21.19, the items below have been updated. Do you have any questions following this post? If so, please feel free to contact us.
We push this update to all SaaS environments on Wednesday night.

What have we added?

  • From now on, you can bookmark items within the 'application management', 'tickets' and 'basic registrations' modules. Clicking an asterisk adds an item to your bookmarks. You can also add a widget to the dashboard where you can see the bookmarked items.
  • Processes can now have a start date and an end date. Of course, these fields in turn can be required or not.
  • Within datasets, a new field has been added for uploading images. This is then displayed like all other fields within the page and (if added) index.
  • If you perform an 'inline search', the search is now remembered.
  • A first graph has been added. You can now also see the tickets per team as a donut chart. We will be expanding this with more useful charts in the near future.

What have we solved?

  • It was not possible to save widgets under certain circumstances.
  • If your language was set to English, you could not open help texts.
  • Unsubscribe emails from tickets were not always saved.
  • Menu items remained somewhat visible in the sidebar if the corresponding authorisation was decreased.
  • It was impossible to filter for an organisation see was neither a customer nor a supplier.
  • If a dashboard had no name, it showed strange options regarding dashboard reordering.
  • Various minor changes to the user interface.
